On answers.com it was saying that craft is a learned skill and it turns into art once it has an emotion or transcendent quality. But I think that art is a learned skill that you need to practice.
Justanswer.com said that crafts are structured projects with a goal and art is unstructured and very open ended, which is true, but I don't think that it is always unstructured.
